Data export

Using the data export, recorded values of tags can be exported as an Excel file. Data is aggregated and summarized over time similar to Pivot Vizual. To open the dialog, click on the project area and there on the icon next to Project settings & subscription and select Exports.

The interval can be defined freely and determines how the data is aggregated. With the 'Auto' interval, the data is compressed depending on the selected export period:

<= 1 day: Hourly values
<= 1 month: Daily values
<= 3 months: Weekly values
<= 1 year: Monthly values
> 1 year: Annual values

Via Add tag another column is added to the export. Depending on the selected tag type, different aggregation options are available (see details).

Manual export

The export can be triggered manually. Once the export is complete, the Excel file is available for download. For the export period, the user has the following choices:

Currend day
Currend week
Current month
Choose time range

Automatic export

Automatic exports are sent by e-mail to the corresponding user. The exports can be configured in the following intervals:

Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Annual

The automatic exports are sent as soon as the corresponding period is over. For example, monthly exports are always generated on the 1st of the following month at 0:30. The user's time zone is also taken into account.

Note: Every export email contains a link that allows the user to unsubscribe from the automatic exports. This is also possible without designer privileges.
