Camera
IP cameras are ideal for monitoring properties remotely, and can supplement live values provided by tags.
Requirements
To integrate video streams, cameras that support the ONVIF protocol are required. This protocol allows the exchange of the suitable video stream. In addition, the ONVIF PTZ service allows the camera to be panned, tilted and zoomed remotely. Alternatively, the RTSP protocol can be used directly. However, it does not allow remote control.
Set up camera
Remote access requires a Universal Cloud Adapter version 0.9.7.0 or later. Open the configuration interface and click on the icon right after Camera pass through. Then decide whether the ONVIF protocol should be used or a direct connection via RTSP should be established.
